Assists the ticketing section inthe daily operations in the performance of clerical functions.
Receives incoming correspondences and/or memos.
Maintains files of the Ticketing section.
Process outgoing memeos.
Disseminates policies and procedures, product updates and among others.
Ensures that the appropriate stock level of office supplies maintained to avoid non-in-stock office requirements.
Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Manager – Ticketing.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree of any course.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Must be keen with details & good interpersonal skills.
